The U12, U14 and U17 schedules are subject to change during the playing season.

U12 SCSL Games
For spring 2008 all six of our U12 teams will play their Saturday games as SCSL games.
Differences from Fall 2007
- We are no longer using the "combined team" approach for SCSL games. Each U12 team participates as an SCSL team.
- There will be ONE game on Saturdays during the SCSL season from 4/5 through 5/17. Your team will not have BSC games on Saturdays until the SCSL season ends.
U14 SCSL Games
Our two U14 Teams are playing most of their schedule as SCSL teams.
U17 SCSL Games
Our U17 teams will play their Saturday games as SCSL games. Each U17 team has been entered as a team in SCSL. However, each team may only "dress" 12 players for each SCSL game as SCSL U17 games are played in a 6 vs 6 format. To make sure everyone gets fair playing time, BSC has created a fifth "All-Star" team for SCSL play. Each of the four regular team coaches will receive three shirts for the "All-Star" team. Each Saturday, three players from each of the regular teams will play on the "All-Star" team instead. This way, everyone gets to play on Saturday. The regular U17 coaches will take turns coaching the "All-Star" team each week.
Questions
If we have home and away games and have to go to other clubs, isn't this "travel soccer"? No, it isn't travel soccer. Travel Soccer has tryouts, standings and playoffs and travel over a wide area of eastern Pennsylvania. SCSL is games with other intramural teams very much like ours. Several clubs play in SCSL because they wouldn't have enough teams to form age groups on their own - just like our two U14 teams. Other clubs play in SCSL because it provides a better soccer experience than just playing your own club teams.
Will we get to play the other BSC teams? Yes, on weeknights and on Saturdays once SCSL ends. The Spring Sprint on May 31st, will also be between BSC teams. (although we may invite some SCSL teams so our U14 teams can have a tournament, too)
Will U17 get to play any full-sided 11 v 11 games? Yes. All BSC (non-SCSL) games will be full sided games. If your coach would like to invite any of the SCSL teams to play an 11 v 11 "friendly" game (i.e. a non-league game) let BSC know and we will help you with arrangements by making a field available and scheduling referees.

We have heard there will be a tournament. When is that? The Spring Sprint tournament will be held on May 3rd for U6 through U10. U12 through U17 will have their tournament on May 31st. This tournament should be a 4 to 5 hour event. Exact schedule for those days to be announced.
The Coach told us we are playing our Saturday games in SCSL. What's that? SCSL is a recreational soccer league for U12, U14 and U17 teams made up of local clubs. For the spring 2008, it is a seven week season starting April 5th and ending May 17th. Your team will play some home games and some away games at other clubs. In contrast to the fall 2007 season, there will only be your SCSL game on Saturdays. There will be other BSC games during weekdays and following the SCSL season. More information can be found below on this page.
When will we get our game schedule? Expect to receive your game schedules at the beginning of April.
