Registration Cost
- Ages 4 thru 18 as of 7/31/08 $85 per child if registering by 5/31/08
- Ages 4 thru 18 as of 7/31/08 $125 per child after 5/31/08

Registration Instructions
To register via Mail:
Click here to view and print the PDF registration form. This form must be mailed in to the following address:

To register online:

1. Enter the number of registrations and click "Add to Cart".
2. After doing so, you will be asked to complete player information for each registration.
3. You will be directed to a page that lists the registrations. From here you can edit the player information, add more registrations (continue shopping link) or begin Checkout.
4. First, you will be asked to login with your account information or create a new account (select the correct radio button).
5. Next, enter or confirm your billing information.
6. Review the transaction's details and select a payment method.
7. Complete the appropriate payment details and click the button to place your order.
8. Registration is complete! Please remember to mail your check if that was the payment method you selected.
